Another new red/purple/pink zoya! I was on the hunt for the ideal dark pink, and ended up with three polishes, of which this was one. I present Ciara, and my failed attempt at plaid.
Ciara is a deep true pink. Very pretty, self-leveling, opaque in three thin coats. Since she was thinner than the other two polishes I got in the same color range (Margo which you saw yesterday and Veronica which you will see next week), I tried to turn her into a plaid design, a-la-lacquerstyle.
Moral of the story: if your nail art calls for a jelly polish, USE A JELLY POLISH. Ugh. I need to go buy some jellies, because this does not work.
Anyway, Ciara is beautiful, the black (black on black by sinful colors) is nice and opaque…and this design just did not work as well as intended. Oops!
