Apparently I am painting a lot of purple. Since 1/4 of all the polish I won was purple this makes sense, but I somehow shunted them all to now! Anyway, Friday’s post featured purple, today’s post focuses on a purple polish, and you will be seeing even more purple on Wednesday. I’ll try to mix it up for Friday!
Anyway, when I put this together I was in the mood to do something off-centered and a bit weird with patterns! And of course I wanted to do them in gold. Which goes well with purple, so here we are!
The base is yet another new purple polish, Zoe by ILNP. What you see here are three thin coats of Zoe, which is a bright purple jelly with lots of silver holographic shards. Of course, bright purple is impossible to photograph, so you kinda have to take my word for it.
This polish is basically Zoya Aurora done correctly (I was so excited for that polish and it disappointed me), which is to say lots of visible glitter and holo shimmer. I love it! Although I do already own two similar polishes (I will be doing a bunch of comparison posts sometime later this Spring, in anticipation of downsizing my collection so I can actually move to a different state).
I have used this stamp before, but this time I wanted to make it look vaguely geometric and off-center. It kinda worked? I was in the mood for something odd, and something odd is what I got!

Hope you enjoyed! Sorry for the purple overload.
