So close to finished with these boring interview nails! Today’s is the only set that I ended up using yellow for. Usually I dislike yellow, but I wanted to use this specific polish because it was just…sitting there. Lonely. So I did! It may have ended up a bit…very glittery, but yet again no one commented so I think I’m ok 🙂
I spent a bit longer than I should have trying to pick which stamp to use, but I settled on this odd encased circles design. I don’t think I’ve ever used this particular stamp before! It is a bit boring, but overall pretty.
Please ignore the fact that the bottle shot of the polish has a smear of the polish on it. I honestly don’t even notice anymore until I go to take photos and then suddenly whoops there is a dirty bottle!

That’s it for today, happy Monday! I finally get to go back to lab as of this week, so I actually am quite pleased 🙂
I had NO idea what to name this. Red flowers? Golden blooms? I give up. Red polish with shiny gold stamping decals. In vaguely flowery patterns. Voila.
The new polish here is Rosebower by A England. I have wanted more A England polishes for years, but they are always just a bit too expensive! Rosebower is one of the ones I have had my eyes on, and in March it was on sale at color4nails, so I had to get it! It is sadly less holo than I was expecting, but is a beautiful pink-toned red shimmer/metallic with subtle holo. It is also almost a one-coater! I am a fan.
Using my new Uber Chic mat (I had a good day at color4nails :-p) I made some gold and black stamping decals using one of the Bundle Monster Shangri-La plates. I have been wanting to color them in for ages! My lines were not the cleanest, but not too bad.
I do love the red+gold paring though! And I swear I loved it before Iron Man was a thing :-p

Hope you enjoyed! Tomorrow is much more blue than red 😀
Today’s prompt was “inspired by nails you love” so I went with something I had been meaning to try, an awesome cut-out mani by Manicurator.
My nail beds are still bit wonky, so instead of doing a slightly shimmer over nude nails, I started with a yellowish-nude holo base and placed cut up pieces of creme polish over it.
Realistically, I should have cut my creme polishes into thinner and tinier pieces! Oops. I made them by painting my stamper with polish, removing it when it was dry, and then cutting the polish into strips and shapes.

~ Pink: Sinful Colors – Pink Forever
~ Coral: L’oreal – Orange You Jealous?
~ Orange: Wet n’ Wild – Sunny Side Up
~ Yellow: WOW – #301
~ Green: Essie – The More The Merrier
~ Blue: Zoya – Rocky
~ Purple: L’oreal – Royalty Reinvented
~ White/blue glitter: WOW – #317
~ Pink glitter: Paint Shop Polish – Caroline
They key to this mani really is the glitter topper…the whole thing looked a little odd without the teal, white, and pink glitter! To be fair, I added the pink glitter piece-by-piece because the base for that polish has now been stained pink (not to mention is very thick).
LAST DAY OF THE CHALLENGE! I can’t believe I actually kept up with this! I’ll be posting a review of all the manis I did tomorrow, and regular posts will resume next Monday. Next week will probably be a week of fails from this challenge (although I only really have 3 of them). Enjoy!! And thanks for sticking with me 😀
